Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to all candidates who register with, submit information to, or otherwise use the recruitment services and technology platform operated by SMC International LLC trading as Cromwell Chase, a recruitment business incorporated in the United Arab Emirates.

Nature of the Service

Cromwell Chase provides recruitment and talent advisory services. Registration does not guarantee employment, interviews, or offers, and does not create an employment or agency relationship. Hiring decisions are made solely by client organisations.

Candidate Information

Candidates confirm that all information provided is accurate and up to date, and agree to notify Cromwell Chase of material changes. Cromwell Chase is not responsible for inaccuracies supplied by candidates.

Use of Data & Automated Processing

Candidates consent to the collection, processing, and use of their data for recruitment purposes, including the use of automated and AI-assisted tools to analyse and match profiles. Automated outputs support but do not replace human judgment.

Confidentiality

Reasonable steps are taken to protect candidate information. Profiles may be shared with potential employers, including those outside the UAE.

Data Protection

Candidate data is processed in accordance with applicable UAE data protection laws. Candidates may request access, correction, or removal of data, subject to legal obligations.

No Liability for Outcomes

Cromwell Chase is not liable for hiring decisions, failed applications, or recruitment outcomes, and excludes indirect or consequential losses to the maximum extent permitted by UAE law.

Candidate Obligations

Candidates agree not to submit false information or misuse the system. Cromwell Chase may suspend or remove profiles in cases of misuse.

Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
